1. I already placed an order and made the payment, can I change my existing order?
- Yes! You can request changes to your existing order within next 24 hrs of your ordering. Most possible changes are Billing Address, Shipping Address, Quantity, Addition and deletion of related items like mozri, juti, pagdi etc.
2. I lost/forgot my account details after ordering, How to get access to my account?
- Don’t be panic. Whenever you create an order with us, automatically you get an account created to minimize your shipping efforts next time. Once your account is created, we send email verification to you that include your username. So if you lost/forgot your password, you may reset the same on login page by clicking “forgot password”.
3. How can I check the Order status?
- You may check the order status i.e. current status, logistic/courier partner details, expected date and time of delivery in your “My Account Section”.
4. My Order status displays that the product has been shipped but I have not received it what to do next?
- In this case you may directly approach our customer support team with your order id and screenshot of the order status. The issue will be enquired & resolved within next 48hrs -72 hrs.
5. How to cancel my order?
- If you wrongly created a cart of unnecessary items and you feel to cancel the order, you may do it within 48 hrs of ordering & generate a new order. Else you may refer to our refund policy if you don’t need the product anymore.
6. How to get refunds?
- We are pleased to offer 30 days money back guarantee on all our products hence you may return the item within 30 days of ordering and ask for refunds. Normally the refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. There is a nominal deduction of processing fee i.e. 5%-10% of the total order value. Kindly refer to our refund policy here.
7. How much time it takes to deliver an order?
- Processing the order normally takes 7-10 working days and then Shipping normally takes 2-6 working days. Kindly refer to our Shipping details here

9. Can you customize the measurement of products say “Sherwani or Indo-Western”?
- All the products displayed on our online store are made of standard sizes. Still if you think to customize your products in terms of measurement, we can do that but you will have to send measurement yourself. You may take help of our Size and measurement Guide to know how to make correct measurement. The customization of products may affect normal shipping or transit time by 3-5 days.
10. Are you open to Corporate/Bulk Ordering?
- Yes! So far have successfully delivered more than hundreds of our latest designed Sherwanis, Indo-Western, Suits and Blazers to several corporate entities for their special occasions and events. Here we will have to take a note that the order should be made at least 15-20 days before the event date.

12. May I buy the products on EMI?
- If you are already aware about the EMI processing, you must know that the total billed amount is deducted from the card first, and then you have to pay a discussed amount to your card issuing bank each month till the time total amount get clear at your end. So in order to make EMI payments you will have to speak to your respective bank.
